would like to remind you that the paper submission deadline for the ISCIS'08
conference is approaching. We invite you to submit papers for the twenty-third
ISCIS Conference which aims to bring together computer scientists and engineers
from around the world. This year's conference will be held at Istanbul
Technical University (ITU), in Istanbul,
the 2010 European Capital of Culture (http://www.istanbul2010.org).
There will be invited talks given by leading researchers in

Paper Submission and Publication:
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in
English. Papers must contain original work not published or under revision
elsewhere. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on
originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Papers should be prepared
following IEEE format, double column, minimum 10-pt fonts and up to 6 pages.
