This year the 23rd of the International Symposium on Computer and Information Sciences ( ISCIS 2008 ) will be organized by Istanbul Technical University, in Istanbul - one of the 2010 European Capital of Cultures ( http://www.istanbul2010.org). The Symposium will be held on October 27-29, 2008 at Cultural and Convention Center of Istanbul Technical University. There will be invited talks given by leading researchers, and oral and poster presentations in five main tracks:

D. Parallel Distributed and Grid Systems
