All participants including authors, session chairpersons, special session authors and organizers of special sessions are expected to register for the conference. For paper and poster presentations, one registration covers the participation of one presenter. If an author has two (or more) accepted papers, each paper must be registered separately. The registration fees are as shown below

Registration fee covers:

participation in the conference sessions at the Venue (Suleyman Demirel Convention Center (SDKM), Maslak Campus, Istanbul Technical University) ,

conference diner (Cruising Dinner over the Bosphorus)

a participant's kit including a CD copy of the proceedings.

Welcome cocktail-buffet: A welcome reception will be held on the evening of October 27th, Monday at the Venue, SDKM of ITU , Maslak Campus from 19:00 to 21:00. All Registered Delegates are invited free of charge. Additional tickets are 35 EUR per person. The participants are requested to pre-register with Travel e22 (the official tour operator of the conference).

Conference Dinner: The conference dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday, October 29th. All Registered Delegates are invited free of charge. Additional tickets are 60 EUR per person. The Organization Committee would like to keep the ratio of (number of participants)/(number of papers in the program) as high as possible and the presentation of multiple papers by the same participant is discouraged. To this effect, we request that a participant is registered for each paper in the program.
